Ogunquit Tides Motel

Delicious breakfasts, amicable and brilliantly friendly staff.

Everything was great, though a few employees were horrible. The room was new-fashioned and cheap with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave oven. A tub in the private bathroom was a plus.

The location was particularly good, close to shops and eateries, it's a plus.

Great choice for holiday. A recently refurbished and ideal place to stay in Ogunquit. Super-friendly, amiable people working here. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the efficiency king room, plus a fridge, a microwave and climate control. Marvellous and wonderful location, metres from Leavitt Fine Arts Theatre...

The room was reasonably spacious with a refrigerator, coffee/tea making facilities and a dining area.

I loved how I could easily walk less than a 5-minute stroll to Brewster's Market for breakfast and then reach Ogunquit Beach in about 15-20 minutes to enjoy fine coastal views, making it the perfect spot for city strolls and exploring landmarks.

We enjoyed the amazing pool and played some tennis right on-site. It was easy to hit the local beach and check out the Leavitt Fine Arts Theatre, tons of fun for everyone! Just a heads up, the nearby parking fills up quickly, so go early.

We did have a hiccup when we realized there were no extra pillows for the pull-out couch when we needed them late at night, a bit frustrating.

Charming Retreat with Unique Amenities

We enjoyed a cozy weekend here. The kayaks provided a fun way to explore the inlet, and the complimentary donuts at breakfast were a good surprise.

The outside pool was a hit with the kids, and we loved being able to rent free kayaks. Paddling across the calm bay to the beach was such a fun family activity. Our room was spacious, bright, and perfect for our large family. We appreciated being able to bring our small dog along.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly dining options on-site. A better breakfast variety would have made our mornings smoother.

We had a blast enjoying the kayaks and taking a dip in the cozy indoor pool. The outdoor space was perfect, and the breakfast was a nice way to start our days. Just a heads up, the pool could be a tad warmer for longer swims 🏊‍♂️

The BEST part was the easy walk to the beach 🌊. Our room was spacious and clean, but the pool was kind of chillier than expected.

We found great value for a last-minute stay. The river view from our room was a pleasant surprise.

The amenities could use some upgrades to match expectations.

The King Room was spacious with a separate seating area, which I liked. The bed was comfortable enough, but the furnishings felt really dated. The air freshener smell was overpowering at first and kind of annoying. Location's great, super close to the beach and river, ideal for morning jogs. It's alright but needs some updates for sure.

The Tides Motel has a lovely decor that feels cozy with both modern charm and seaside relaxation. The staff was so accommodating, exemplifying care and kindness.

More seating in common areas would be beneficial.

The location was perfect for exploring nearby restaurants and shops. The pool area was fantastic, and we appreciated having access to bicycles and kayaks for some fun activities! The room was spacious with a nice balcony.
